Ken not just a bartender, but a "classic" bartender. Unsure of the difference? For instance, when making a Martini, he stirs using a bar spoon--the classic method, as opposed to shaking or, perish the thought, simply swishing the shaker. Consequently, he carries a true long-handled bar spoon, a tool considered archaic by some and not even present in many mondern bars. In addition to Martinis, he specializes in making other classic drinks such as the Old Fashioned, Manhatten, and the Mint Julep, and forgotten drinks made with gin such at the Tom Collins and Singapore Sling (made with Cherry Heering and Benedictine, not just sour mix and Grenadine).

Ken was the FIRST bartender I have hired for a party. He responds promptly and was so helpful in answering any questions I had. My party was organized in a short notice and Ken made the process seemless. At the party, he was super professional and I have gotten compliments from the guests about Ken. They all wanted to know where I found him. He mixes drinks really smoothly. You can tell he has been doing this for years. During my opening speech, I forgot to tell my guests about the Signature drinks but I did not have to worry about this with Ken. He introduced and described the drinks w/ each guest. I will be hiring Ken for all my future parties. He's fantastic!
