On The Road Barbershop Quartet from Baltimore, MD

The quartet formed in September 2007 and reached the finals in the 2008, 2009, 2010 Mid-Atlantic International Prelims. They qualified for the Mid-Atlantic District contest in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and are looking forward to more successes in the future. Chances are that they are the only quartet performing a song with Chinese lyrics. We look forward to entertaining you. John Reece sings tenor and is a charter member of the Atlantic Harmony Brigade. He is a member of the Alexandria Harmonizers, the District of Columbia and Frederick, Maryland chapters. He has also sung in a number of registered and unregistered quartets for a number of years. Ed Herring sings baritone and lead, and is a member of the Carroll County, Maryland and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania choruses. He also sings in the Methodist church choir, as he has done for 40 years, beginning in 1968. Ed is a charter member of the Atlantic Harmony Brigade. Frank Resek sings lead and baritone in the quartet and this is Frank's first registered, competing quartet, although he sang in the quartet "Three Hits and a Miss" in the past. He is a member of the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania chorus and sang in the Carlisle, Pennsylvania chorus as well as with the Atlantic Harmony Brigade in 2008. Dan Brown is our bass and sang with Ed in a previous quartet (All In Accord). He's a Peabody Conservatory graduate and did about 9 years as principle tuba player in the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. He was in the 2006 and 2008 Atlantic Harmony Brigade.
