• The balloon artist did not seem upbeat and enthusiastic, which is something you would expect at a children's party. Also, the site is a little misleading. They said that they regularly work at Down Town Disney, which is the primary reason we chose them since we were having a Mickey Mouse themed party. • Joel was on time, very polite, and the kids loved him. We had a small party, so he was able to make two items for each child in the one hour time frame. • I truely enjoy the ballonist that Twist and Shout sent to us for my son's birthday party. First off they were very accomidating because we had a last minute schedule change and they allow to make the time change. The ballonist was on time and got right to working. Joey knew how to twist everything that was requested including new characters. The kids (small and big) loves his balloon creation. • We hired Twist and Shout to make balloon creations at our Twins' First Birthday Party. Andrew, our balloon twister is very talented and created some amazing creations for our guests. I particularly liked the "Monkey in a Banana Tree" and "Flower Bouquet". All our guests were very entertained and "Wowed" by his creations. I on the other hand was a bit sadden that he didn't get a chance to make something for the “guest of honors” since he was so busy fulfilling requests from our guests (like he was suppose to do).
