Jeanine, aka, HEY Balloon Lady, is an award winning balloon artist, entertaining at children's and family events, in the Bay Area since 1999. From birthday parties to corporate events, no event is too big or too small. Jeanine's will make just about anything out of balloons, and has a nearly endless repertoire.
Jeanine also offers face painting, glitter tattoos, arts and crafts, and Noah's Ark, Stuff and Fluff, Animal Workshops.

- Hey Balloon Lady (Jeanine) was terrific. She did a great job displaying her talents to the kids (20+ at the party), as well as accommodating their requests for balloon animals, animals being the theme. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a fun way to provide kids with fine entertainment along with something that is definitely fun to take home. - Hey Balloon Lady was great. We had a party for a 2 year old but a lot of older siblings came along, so there were 15 kids aged between 2 and 9 who were all entertained for 1.5 hours with her balloons and face painting. It was a great, mellow, backyard party. Her face painting was amazing! She is very nice and easy-going. She also brought cute buttons for all the kids with the party girl's name and age on them. - Jeanine was AWESOME! She came on time and went around 18+ tables at my daughter's birthday banquet to make balloons for kids. She can make anything and I've never seen a balloon twister like Jeanine. She was so nice and friendly, and so many of my guests wanted her contact info. - Hey Balloon Lady was at our office all day on New Year's Eve doing balloon creations for patients and staff and she was wonderful!
