• My twin boys' 1st b-day party was washed out by tropical storm Danny on 8/29/09 so we had to postpone for 8/30/09 and Cookie was easy to work with and very accomidating! I thought that I was going to lose my booking b/c of the postponement but nope! She arrived on time, set up quickly, and went straight to work with her amazing balloons and face painting. • Cookie was so amazing at our party. Between face painting on the kids and balloon twisting for all the kids - a Rating of "5" is really not high enough! Everyone was so impressed with her talents and I heard from so many people that they had never seen a balloon twister or face painter quite as talented as she. She was right on time and she even stayed 30 minutes longer than she should have - which I didn't even realize until after. My Sister is having a party in June and I know that she is interested as well in hiring Cookie. • Balloons by Cookie were Amazing! Cookie (Cindy) had made a balloon as a man in a tux with glasses and white shoes and a red tie, holding a sign that said my husbands name VINCENT, plus attached ballons and squillies balloons on top of the man! It was a hit! All my guest love them. She also was able to put a special cemical in side the balloon that kept it inflated for days after, it is 3 days now! and that balloon is still full. She really did a great job. And her prices are very good. She won't charge you an arm and a leg lol very reasonable. I will hire her again for any of my further affairs! • Cookie's balloon artistry at our son's third birthday party was amazing! She took requests (sword, Spiderman, dog) and created some of her specialties (octopus and alien). The parents were amazed and the children were thrilled! Along with a goody bag to take home, each child had a special creation from Cookie. • I was extremely happy with Balloons and Face Painting by Cookie. I can't believe how incredible the balloon sculptures were! The kids loved it and the parents were all asking for her business card.
