Hi there! My name is Cliff and I've been entertaining Bay Area party-goers with balloons and more for over 10 years. I can't wait to help make your party over the top and full of fun.

From simple swords to deluxe bikes, beautiful bouquets to crazy hats, I can add color and whimsy to your event with my unique balloon designs. I can roam throughout the event on foot or roller-skates, set up at a booth, stand on my platform stilts (great for large crowds), or walk around on circus stilts. I'll also wear a custom balloon hat to match your theme!

*Stilt Walking*
Want to take your entertainment to new heights? I can twist balloons, launch balloon rockets, spin flags, "paint the sky" with a 35' sky ribbon, blow bubbles, juggle balloon rings and balls, hand out promotional items and greet guests… all while walking at 9' tall. I can match balloon hats and/or costumes to your event theme/holiday. How about Uncle Sam, the world's tallest elf, a human basketball hoop or field goal... or anything! I also give the world's best high fives...

• Cliff was wonderfully accommodating to our crowd of over 3000. He helped warm up the crowd first thing in the morning and was instrumental in moving people towards the stage, where the main program was taking place. Not an easy task with so many, but with his mesmerizing ribbons and deft balloon twisting, the crowd was enthralled and happy to follow. With just a short break, he was back on his stilts, and the children were happy to line up to wait for their twisted balloon treat, or join with him in his entertaining repertoire. • This is the third year that Cliff's Twists has done my daughter's birthday party. Every year I am very impressed not only with his professionalism and creativity, but with his willingness to work with us. He takes into account the theme of the party and when some of my pre-bought party store decorations fell apart he helped me figure out how to make it work. • I was very impressed with Cliff's Twist. I asked for a special character and he brought to our surprise a large character that he made in advance.
