The Upstate Bagpipers are champion bagpipers from the Capital Region of New York. Together we have thousands of hours of experience playing at Weddings, Funerals, Parties, and countless other special events. When you book with us you are guaranteed a champion bagpiper, period. Don't settle for hobbyists. Make sure to get the best.
Founding members Andrew Douglas, Carl Donley, and Michael Eagle have years of performing experience and competitive accolades. All three are champions in their instrument, including top prizes at the world championships in Scotland.
When you book a piper, be sure to consider the appearance AND the sound of the performer. As we're sure you already know - the unfortunate reality is that many bagpipers really do fit a negative stereotype of looking decent but sounding awful! The great thing about booking with us is that you're sure to get a world-class piper. It's not to say you can't find a good piper elsewhere, but with us it's easy (and guaranteed).
