Aaron Denn, Bagpiper

Soulful, awe-inspiring, magical, spiritual. These are the unique voices of the Higland Bagpipes in the hands of a skilled piper. An excellent musician and talented entertainer, Aaron Denn performs a unique variety of Bagpipe music for any occasion. Playing a repertoire consisting of tunes from Brittany, France, the Celtic nations of Ireland and Scotland, and original compositions of his own, Aaron is able to provide exciting and appropriate accompaniment for any event. While specializing in accompaniment for ceremonies such as weddings and funerals, Aaron is well equipped to provide entertainment for many other types of functions.

Aaron has experience with a variety of musical instruments from a young age, first learning piano, then moving on to acoustic guitar, and later Bagpipes. Aaron has also performed with various choirs over the years.

Aaron currently performs with the widely known and respected North Texas Caledonian Pipes and Drums, as well as competing with the Ballantyne Memorial Pipe Band. Aaron is constantly looking for new tunes with which to expand his repertoire, and when not playing the bagpipes is busy learning the Australian didgeridoo.

• Aaron was extremely nice and helpful. I wasn't sure what songs to use in my ceremony and he was able to give me some suggestions. The only suggestion that I have is that I wished I had known ahead of time that he was willing to come to the reception. By the time I thought to ask, he was already booked during the reception.
