• Suzan was a hit at my birthday party. My guests repeated how "on" she was about them. She was willing to stay well past the party end time until every client had a chance to speak with her. I would suggest that if guests are taking more than ten minutes with Suzan and there is a "wait" that Suzan be asked to politely limit clients' time so overtime is avoided.
