The Loose Interpretations A Cappella Group from San Francisco, CA

The Loose Interpretations is San Francisco's premier all-female a cappella group. Established in 2004 as a post-collegiate group, we are currently 14 voices strong. Our repertoire is many and varied...and a lot of fun, if we do say so ourselves. We mostly sing arrangements of pop covers, though our repertoire spans several decades and musical genres, from Gershwin to Madonna, Postal Service to The Beatles and Stevie Wonder to Wilson Phillips. We've performed at many private functions as well as corporate and charity events, weddings, and in clubs, cafes and concert halls. And since we perform without mics or instruments, we can sing just about anywhere -- we can do formal; we can do casual. We are happy to tailor our set to be appropriate to the spirit of your event. SAMPLE MP3s were recorded live in concert. (Please note: Because of the size of our group, the greater the advance notice of a gig, the greater the likelihood is that we'll be able to perform. Please also note that since we all work full time in the city, we are unable to make daytime gigs during the week work, unless it's lunch hour in SF!)
