The MC Skat Katsperience 90s Band from Gresham, OR

The MC Skat Katsperience is a one-of-a-kind tribute to possibly the greatest cartoon feline rapper of our generation, MC Skat Kat. While he is best known to the general public for his work with Paula Abdul in their 1989 #1 hit "Opposites Attract", MC Skat Kat has influenced countless emcees over the decades, and later went on to star in his own Wikipedia page. His 1991 solo release "The Adventures of MC Skat Kat and the Stray Mob", which reached the Billboard top 100, only served to further cement his legacy. My partner and I have the ability to perform up to a 40-minute set, consisting primarily of tracks from "The Adventures of MC Skat Kat and the Stray Mob", audience banter, and (if requested) a brief comedy improvisation session. Much like the real Paula Abdul and MC Skat Kat, she doesn't like cigarettes, and I like to smoke, so we do require a cigarette break halfway through the performance. This can take up to 15 minutes as the Skat Kat fursuit is quite cumbersome and requires considerable assistance to both enter and exit. We are located near 183rd Ave. in Gresham, Oregon and do not currently have our own transport, so our service area is limited to areas served by Trimet. Locations outside of a five-mile radius from our home studio are subject to additional travel fees, to be negotiated prior to the performance.
