Larry Lee Lewis taught himself how to play his own unique "Larry" style on the piano at the age of 50, and shortly after stepped on to the Boston comedy scene. He began performing a style of comedy that was dear to his heart, a "Henry Youngman" type of comedy based off of one liners. Larry then continued performing, but also started producing comedy and music shows. Larry created and performed in the "The Larry Lee Lewis Vaudeville Show" at the Elm St. Theater at Davis Square in Somerville, MA and later won an award for the Improper Bostonian Magazine for Boston's best 2002 small stage production. Larry performs as a solo, duo and even a trio act. Larry is also the front man for his group, The Larry Lee Lewis Band. It is made up of veteran Boston musicians and the style of the music is American roots infused with Rockabilly, and of course Larry's charming wit and comedic style.
