Johnny Diamond & the Silver Hubcap Band play all the old 50's & 60's Rock n' Roll songs and put on a great show as well. The Johnny Diamond Band is like no other. We perform a COMPLETE show featuring a spotlight, 50's costumes and a color light show. It is quite an experience, and we can custom design our show for your personal event, including Twist Contests, Hula-Hoop Contests, Bubble Gum Blowing Contests, Best Dressed Contest, etc.
Johnny Diamond & the Silver Hubcap Band are definitely not your average "run-of-the-mill" guitar-pickin' band. Johnny plays the best Tenor Saxophone in the State of Texas , and has played with major stars such as the Coasters and the Beach Boys. • THIS BAND IS THE REAL THING! We hired Johnny Diamond and the Silver Hubcap Band for a 50's 50-year-old party. They worked with me on every detail of the event. They put on a great, high-energy show that gave an authentic feel to the 50's environment. I could not have asked for a more pleasant band to work with. Even in the very hot month of July, they carried on as if the heat didn't bother them. Never a complaint. I highly recommend them and I'm not one to give 5 stars easily. These guys earned it.
